This is Filigree. She is a decorative black lash in a lace like pattern, cut from stiff paper. She gives quite an arty look when worn by itself, you can wear her as she comes, or cut one lash to wear as wings on either eye, with another lash or as is. This would give you two pairs of lashed in one! Super cool!
